Opposed to other general contractors, we employ our entire carpentry team in house to control quality, scheduling, and attention to detail. All components must fit together precisely from initial framing to final decoration. Even the slightest error can cause noticeable damage including cracking, unleveled trim, and crooked finishes.
Unlike most companies, the same expert carpenters who construct initial framing are also responsible for finish and trim. We have found that when the same people are responsible for an entire project, an extra attention to detail is taken to make sure everything fits together flawlessly and that no work is done to hide or correct a mistake completed by another contractor.
