The Enqvist Process:
Initial Consultation
Sit down with one of our experts to assess your needs, budget, and review existing plans (if applicable.)
Design
Should previous plans not exist; you can work with our designers to produce sketches and plans that accommodate your requirements and budget.
Estimate
You are provided an accurate final estimate for the project, including all labor and materials.
Legal
All building permits and necessary municipal codes are obtained by Enqvist to get the project underway.
Team Assigned
A Project Manager is assigned to your project, and all necessary trades and materials are coordinated to be devoted to the project.
Home Segmented
Before working in existing homes, we divide the work area from the lived in quarters to control dust and to keep your home in pristine condition.
During Construction
You will work closely with your Project Manager and the rest of the Enqvist team to make product and material selections and ensure that your expectations are being met.
Final Assessment
Enqvist works with the city or village and their inspectors to ensure that all work meets applicable codes. Upon project completion, the site is cleaned and walked through to make sure that all of your needs have been met. At that time, any lingering items are addressed.
